The Midwest Cover Crops Council (www.midwestcovercrops.org) is anactive, 12-state plus 2-province group with a mission to facilitate widespreadadoption of cover crops across the Midwest.
Purdue is hosting our annual meeting in 2024, and we’d like to get thison your calendars! The conferenceincludes research and Extension presentations and posters, partner reports, andplenty of networking among producers, researchers, agency staff, ExtensionEducators, agribusiness, and non-profit groups. Purdue serves as “headquarters” for this regional group, with programmanager Anna Morrow in Shelby County (annamorrow@purdue.edu)and Executive Committee member Eileen Kladivko in Agronomy (kladivko@purdue.edu).
We’d love to get more Indiana involvement inthis group from all sectors including outreach, education, research, and policy. More details will be out in the fall, butcontact Eileen or Anna if you have questions/comments now.
