Finding Fairness in Farming Transition Workshop

March 16 @ 8:30 am - 2:00 pm UTC-5

$25

We are excited to welcome Elaine Froese, Canada’s Farm Whisper for her famous one-day workshop: Finding Fairness in Farm Transition. Through this workshop, Elaine will give attendees tips and pointers for successfully working through the ‘undiscussable’. Elaine is the go-to expert for farm families who want better communication and conflict resolution to secure farm transition. She will not give tax advice as Elaine is not an accountant.

For over 25 years, Elaine has been working with families to work together in harmony and prepare the farm for the next generation. As a farmer herself, a mother to the successor of her farm, she understands the culture of agriculture like the back of her hand. As a professional speaker, it’s her passion to share simple, practical and actionable tools with farm families so they can talk about tough issues and get traction in their farm transition. Elaine states, “I’m on a mission to guide farm families to get unstuck and communicate better so they can be rich in relationships.” For more info, see Elaine’s website at www.elainefroese.com. This workshop is hosted by Huntington, Grant, Wabash and Wells County Soil & Water Conservation Districts.

Seats are limited.
