Join Purdue Extension for a workshop to learn the basics of nutrient management plans. Our educators will walk through nutrient cycles, how to take a manure sample, how to read a manure analysis, and how to write a basic nutrient management plan. We will finish the day by writing a practice plan or assisting you in writing your plan if you have all the needed information available.
Participants will earn Indiana Commercial Applicator Cat. 14 credits (2), Certified Crop Advisor Credits, and/or Indiana Private Fertilizer Applicator credits.
Registration is $20 and is required by July 3 at https://cvent.me/85o4Z5.
Registration includes 1 manure testing kit, a printed copy of the “Tri-State Fertilizer Recommendations for Corn, Soybeans, Wheat, and Alfalfa”, and lunch.
Space is limited for this program.
