Join the New York State Soil Health Initiative, Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Harvest New York, and Scenic Hudson for a walk-through of different cover crop species and various mixtures

We’ll explore the benefits of different cover crop species, how cover crops impact soil health, weed suppression, and nutrient dynamics. We’ll also focus on some exciting work to breed better cover crop cultivars.
