Dig into the science of soil with the next generation of environmental leaders!

Join Sequoia Riverlands Trust for the 7th Annual Soil Health Workshop, a free, student-led event designed to explore how soil health connects to everything from food systems to climate resilience.

Led by local high school students in the EARTH Academy program, this interactive workshop features hands-on demonstrations and thoughtful discussions about the role of soil in sustaining healthy ecosystems and communities.

Participants will:

  • Discover the building blocks of soil science
  • Explore connections between land use, carbon cycles, and regenerative agriculture
  • Engage with youth leaders passionate about conservation and sustainability
