Urban Soil Health Workshop

Urban growers are invited to join us for an interactive workshop at be.wilder farm’s urban location in Wilkinsburg. We’ll dig into a case study review of the remediation process used at this site to lower soil lead levels and improve soil health for in-ground diverse vegetable, cut flower and herb growing. This event is hosted in collaboration with Pasa Sustainable Agriculture and Allegheny County Conservation District. The educational workshop will be followed by a social BBQwith refreshments and food for attendees.

*please note this event will involve traversing uneven terrain.
