70’s Black Shift DressSimple little black shift dress made in the 70s by Jeri James of New York. It is decorated with multi row rhinestone trim. We are not sure of the fabric type, possibly a wool blend. Pockets are basted shut, but could be opened. Closes with center back zipper. Very good condition!
